We cant thank Steph and Zoe enough for the incredible care and support they provided when we lost my wife and children's mum. From the very first moment, they were kind, attentive, and made an incredibly difficult time more manageable. Every step was handled with such dignity and compassion. We are so grateful for their warm presence and thoughtful guidance. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

What a fantastic company. Zoe was brilliant and extremely professional with organising my grandmothers funeral. Steph and her team did an AMAZING job at honouring my grandma and showed immense respect. they were able to pull in to my grandmas house, so she could have one last visit. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. A massive Thank you🙏🏻

Excellent, professional Funeral Service. I was kept informed and helped throughout, which culminated in creating an uplifting day at my Husband’s cremation. It was just what he would have wanted and helped me and my family on the the day.

When my MiL recently and unexpectedly passed I phoned a couple of funeral directors. I chose to use Burnham Funeral Services because of Steph. I can’t describe the weight lifted from my shoulders after our initial conversation. Steph, was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Organising a funeral is never easy, especially when you are grieving but I truly felt that I had made the right decision by using them. Steph kept me informed throughout the process, she was able to answer all of my questions, nothing was too much trouble. The service was beautiful, I know we did my MiL proud.

Zoe was my first point of contact and colleagues have been exceptional in helping organising the funeral for my late father ( ex RAF ) , with the RAF Flag for the Coffin and a Standard barer organised through Burnham on Sea Royal British Leigon. The Funeral Procession Staff were very attentive, informative of the procedure and everything was done when I was ready . They done my late father, me , family and friends proud ...would highly recommend 👌

Considering Funeral Services are only needed at such a stressful time the Family had a good experience with Burnham Funeral. Our initial point of contact Steph was very helpful in suggesting & organising the link up with the Church before & after the service & ensured that everything went smoothly with the help of Zoe when she was away for a few days.
