When my MiL recently and unexpectedly passed I phoned a couple of funeral directors. I chose to use Burnham Funeral Services because of Steph. I can’t describe the weight lifted from my shoulders after our initial conversation. Steph, was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Organising a funeral is never easy, especially when you are grieving but I truly felt that I had made the right decision by using them. Steph kept me informed throughout the process, she was able to answer all of my questions, nothing was too much trouble. The service was beautiful, I know we did my MiL proud.

Zoe was my first point of contact and colleagues have been exceptional in helping organising the funeral for my late father ( ex RAF ) , with the RAF Flag for the Coffin and a Standard barer organised through Burnham on Sea Royal British Leigon. The Funeral Procession Staff were very attentive, informative of the procedure and everything was done when I was ready . They done my late father, me , family and friends proud ...would highly recommend 👌

Considering Funeral Services are only needed at such a stressful time the Family had a good experience with Burnham Funeral. Our initial point of contact Steph was very helpful in suggesting & organising the link up with the Church before & after the service & ensured that everything went smoothly with the help of Zoe when she was away for a few days. I cannot recommend BFS highly enough. At a very difficult time they went out of their way to make things as easy and smooth as possible. Due to family overseas and my father being with me in a different part of the country when he died it meant we had transport and timing issues and Steph at BFS went out of her way to liaise with crematorium and other funeral provider to ensure we were able to have the service in time. They were also excellent on the day and made accommodations to make it the send off he deserved. Thanks so much, I would recommend without hesitation.

Zoe and her amazing team went above and beyond to give my dad a beautiful send off.
Zoe was extremely warm and welcoming when organising the funeral and made us feel completely comfortable sharing memories of our dad. Every single member of the team were respectful and kind.

My wife's funeral was treated with respect and dignity. Steph and Zoe took me through the procedure and made careful notes of what the family and my wife wanted for the funeral. The instructions were followed to the tee and everything was undertaken with the utmost respect and efficiency. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept in touch throughout a very difficult period up to the date of the funeral. The aftercare was also excellent. I can thoroughly recommend Burnham Funeral Services.

Burnham Funeral directors were everything you could wish for, to make sure that your loved one has the most dignified last journey. They were utterly respectful, thoughtful and professional at all times, reassuring me that, everything would go perfectly, which it did.

I can't really recommend BFS highly enough. throughout taking care of dear auntie's mortal remains, to suopporting myself through the formalities involved in final arrangements, and just being so very lovely through the whole process, they were fab. Thank you.
